BEAUTIFUL BEGINNINGS:

A SOULCOLLAGE® WORKSHOP
HOSTED BY CORTINA

Celebrate New Year’s Day like no other, where intentions and dreams unfold through the artistry of SoulCollage®. Join us on January 1, 2025, to savor the quiet magic of a new beginning—where blank cards, vibrant colors, nostalagic images and crisp textures await your hopes for the year ahead as you craft a personal vision board.

Let the warmth of creative community embrace you in the early cocoon of winter as you revisit past resolutions and set fresh ones for 2025. This workshop is welcoming of beginners to SoulCollage® and veterans of the practice because the only “judge” of your work is you. Rediscover the art of beginning anew, using SoulCollage® to map out a year filled with purpose, beauty, and possibility.

SOIL & SOUL:

A SOULCOLLAGE® WORKSHOP
HOSTED BY CORTINA

Step into a quiet moment of spring, where the earth softens and spirits stir. Join us on Holy Saturday, on the cusp of Easter and Earth Day, as we reach inward and downward—to the roots of soul and soil. Through the gentle art of SoulCollage®, we’ll honor this season’s promise of renewal, creating cards that speak to life reborn and the first blooms of new life.

Guided by images that call to our deepest hopes and the grounding textures of nature’s quiet miracles, we’ll piece together visions of care, connection, and prosperity. This workshop is welcome to neighbors of all ages. Together, we create in the spirit of stewardship for gifts we have been given, through Christ and in nature all around us.

Surrounded by nature’s beauty, you’ll engage in the transformative practice of SoulCollage®, channeling your inner muse through free-form artmaking that invites exploration and discovery. Whether you’re crafting a new business plan or diving into a personal project, this retreat offers a harmonious blend of inspiration and intention. With thoughtfully prepared plant-based meals, access to wellness services and group exploration – every detail is curated to nourish your body, mind, and spirit.

As we journey together, you’ll map out actionable steps to bring your creative visions to life, fostering connections with fellow innovators and dreamers along the way. Conclude your retreat with a celebration send-off under the midsummer sky, carrying forward the energy and inspiration to fuel your success long after you return home.

WOMEN OF WISDOM:

SOULCOLLAGE® WORKSHOP
FACILITATED BY CORTINA

Join us for a heartfelt SoulCollage® workshop that celebrates the profound wisdom and grace of women throughout scripture and our lives. In the spirit of St. Mary, the mother of Jesus—the greatest mother the world has ever known—we invite you to gather with fellow sisters in Christ to honor the women who have shaped your faith journey.

Bring pictures of mothers, sisters, or biblical figures who inspire you, or use the images provided and together we will create a unique card that serves as a testament to their enduring legacy. Your completed card will become a cherished reminder of their wisdom, living in your home or prayer closet—a daily inspiration as you embrace the divine feminine in your own journey. This is open to all and SoulCollage® beginners!

TO BE THANKFUL:

A SOULCOLLAGE® WORKSHOP
HOSTED BY CORTINA

Join us for a nurturing SoulCollage® workshop that offers a “creative feast for the soul.” Everyone is welcome around this table — whether you’re gathering with loved ones or seeking a welcoming space to reflect solo. Thanksgiving can evoke mixed emotions, this workshop is a sanctuary for connection, creativity and appreciation.

As we gather together, each participant will create a card that embodies something you are grateful for—be it a cherished memory, a relationship, or a quiet moment of beauty in your life. Each card will serve as a personal tribute, a visual reminder of the blessings that enrich our lives. After our creative time and before we return home, we’ll circle up to share our cards and toast for all that gives us reason to give thanks.

“…and he has filled him with the Spirit of God,
with wisdom, with understanding, with knowledge
and with all kinds of skills —
to make artistic designs…
[Exodus 35:31-32]

Bless Yer Art.

We know that in each human, God stored a unique blueprint that gives us vast talents, gifts and skills to contribute to society. Without a way to offer our God-given talents, especially the creative-leaning ones, the community misses out on our gifts, robbing potential for solutions to neighborhood needs and joy in the process. At OSHANNA, our mission is to use God’s creation – creativity (art) and nature (agriculture) to be good neighbors and support the people, places and things around us.

OSHANNA is a faith-based organization working for the
greater good at the intersection of art + agriculture.

As members of the body of Christ, we are inherently trusted to care for all living things, and to seek provision for all people. By centering the Christian principles of freedom, justice and liberty, OSHANNA’s vision is to build equitable communities where mutual aid is the norm, preserve nature for future generations and spread hope in humanity like a wildfire using art-based gatherings, SoulCollage® and other creative tools. In the face of hate, God calls us to more love and more joy. Be the change.

Invest in a future where faith and freedom lead from the front.
